Educational Experience stores collect and use your personal information to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, special offers or other information we think you'd like to hear about.  We will never sell, give away or otherwise transfer your email address to any other person, company or entity.  Removal instructions are available on every email newsletter we send.

Trading Policy

All prices and freight include GST. We reserve the right to change any prices in-store or on our website at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct all errors and omissions (whether clerical, computational or otherwise) in any advertising, quotation, invoice or acknowledgement.

Although we endeavour to ensure that the product and pricing information provided on our website and in-store is accurate, complete and current, we do not provide any representations or warranties as to its accuracy, completeness or currency of information. We will not be held responsible or liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information.

Should a product be listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the buyer's order (regardless of whether the buyer has made payment). Should this occur, we will refund the amount paid by the buyer in relation to the cancelled order. 

Sometimes we may be out of stock of some items or they may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. Delivery is subject to availability so please allow 10 days in normal circumstances.  You will be advised of any delay.

Our product range is constantly changing and growing, which means not all our products are available online. Please contact us with your enquiries.

We reserve the right to change our policies from time to time by publishing the changed terms on our website. Should this occur, all orders submitted by a buyer after the revised policies are published shall be subject to the revised policies.

Returns Policy

We will repair or replace (as necessary) any defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse or normal play wear and tear.

Security Policy

Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. The InstantSSL certificate provided by Comodo is currently installed on this site, and creates secure links to protect transactions, passwords, personal details, etc.
